Inside the archives of an old Atlanta newspaper called the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, buried in the February 18, 1979 edition, was a photograph. A casual, unremarkable photograph of an old handwritten recipe. The caption said it was Coca-Cola's original formula published openly, in a newspaper, decades ago, without anyone seeming to notice.
